Pros

It used to be a good place to work but not anymore

Kontras

Earlier when India team was led my M, the culture was good and people were valued. Now with K, the focus is on Engineering team only. The get more money and I heard recently they gave them a raise again just after a month of focal. This is so unfair.

Live selling and community shares make it a great place to sell items while also building a brand for yourself and your own community of supporters.

Kontras

Recent leadership changes have replaced the "community" aspect with AI algorithm and lost the charm that many long-term users have previously stayed for. The lack of communication with every new change or app update between the company and the users is pushing people away to other apps.

Low Psychological Safety: Organizational changes have significantly eroded trust and psychological safety across teams.
