Parking: Since this perk is exclusive to permanent employees, interns are not able to claim free parking. This could be a problem for interns who commute by car. ii. Food Options: Employees must walk outside or rely on delivery services for meals because the company does not have in-house canteen or food outlets. iii. Documentation in Customer Care: Employees, especially newly hired ones, will find it quite challenging to quickly adjust to the Customer Care department's as that department did not provide proper documentation to refer to and FAQs (frequently asked questions). iv. Filing System: The current document filing procedure is done manually. This may result in ineffective document management and retrieval. v.
