Pros

- Best work culture I have seen. (and I have seen many) - Young company, enthusiastic and energetic people - International team (folks from around Singapore, India, Ukraine, Europe, and many more) - Learning opportunities: Got to work on latest tools and hands on production deployments, add to that interesting data science experiments that went into the product. - Hybrid structure with many employees choosing to work remotely full time. Great place for remote workers. - Product company. Writing code that will stay. No client rush working. - Visibility of the company's direction and the management is very approachable. - Own your work and get all the credit and growth for it. - No biases and prejudices in hiring. Have people from all geographical and educational backgrounds. (Commerce grads doing data science and being great at it.) - Pays really well. ;)

Kontras

- This would just be nit picking.

Pros

- True Flexibility & Remote Work Culture: The company walks the talk when it comes to flexibility. Remote work is deeply embedded in the culture and the trust given to employees to manage their own time and output is refreshing. - Exceptional Colleagues: The people here are genuinely collaborative, supportive, and talented. - Meaningful Global Exposure: Being part of a globally distributed team gives you a front-row seat to diverse perspectives, international developments, and a level of exposure that would be hard to find in a typical local setup. It accelerates both professional growth and global awareness significantly.

Kontras

- Best Suited for Self-Motivated Remote Workers — If you thrive in an in-person or highly structured office environment, the fully remote nature of the role can feel isolating at times. This isn't necessarily a flaw in the company, but you need to be comfortable with autonomy and proactive about staying connected.
