No work life balance, managers who do not care about your well being, quick to keep dumping work on you when you’re expressing you can’t handle it, managers who do not know what they are doing at all, no trust, expected to work long hours, always have to find your own coverage even when sick, managers who will text you on your days off - honestly wouldn’t recommend working here, Specifically in this office - they preach feedback, but don’t take it well or they don’t fix anything. This company and culture are great is every other office but this one.
