Pros

Nice decor for a work environment. You can have a decent life/work balance depending on your long-term goals at the company. If you want to advance, you have to play stupid games by catering to a bunch of egomaniacs employees who are in charge that could take away the work/life balance from you.

Kontras

Serious company politics with way too much favoritism concerning employees. Management does not engage with rank and file employees. No chance to advance at this company unless you are one of the favorites, which has nothing to do with job performance or credential, just how much "kiss up" to people at the company. It is really bad. They want you to grovel, cater to their egos and play their games to get ahead. No diversity whatsoever in the company's management. The only diversity that you see at this company is at its lowest level and lowest paying jobs or some even lower paid contractors that are there on a limited, short-term basis, that gives the misimpression that the company is more diverse than it is.
