Engineers are supportive of each other. All the managers and VPs know you and try to work with your work-life balance needs. Provides good experience in a variety of technical areas. Management is very open to feedback and actively solicits it. Most benefits are reasonable, but not exceptional. Been here over ten years, as have many others. Wouldn't do that if it wasn't a good company. Job security is reasonable, especially for those working over 3 years.

As with any in this industry, often must work around the client's schedule, which can shift and sometimes involves work on weekends or holidays.
