Terrible management - Assistant Manager bei Pollo Tropical: Mitarbeiterbewertung

GM is disrespectful and rude. Everyone quits on her because of the way she talks to her employees including her own assistant managers. She claims to not let anyone disrespect her employees in any way but that's exactly what she does in front of all employees on shift and customers. That is no way to correct someone when they make a mistake die to being new or in training.
