The problem with every start up - power in only few hands. These people think they are king of this world. And if you're not in their good books, you're not working good enough. Every other person - at least in middle & senior management, is trying hard to save their own job. Nobody gives a damn about employee's growth or development. No proper laid down path for growth. Irrespective of what your experience or educational background is, you will be asked to do any job. They don't care what your interest area is or what your core competencies are, if they think you're suitable for some X role, you have to do that. And then suffer at the time of your appraisal.
