Bad experience with startup. - Senior Software Engineer bei PolicyBazaar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I joined company as it was product based/startup. But unfortunately,as it was startup,so for the sake of cost cutting they fired approximate 30 resources from IT team(from managers to UI developers,from 15 years exp to 1 year experience).It was horrible for me .They fired 15 years exp employee(exp on policybazaar and retained 3 years employee(overall 10 years exp resources). It was very bad experience for me with startup. Some managers are rude. Infrastructure need to be improved. you feel like you are working in call centre.
