Not for good Working People - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei PolicyBazaar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

1.Not a good measurement how you are evaluated or measured in terms of performance. 2.There are too much office politics. 3. There are uneven conpensation for same position. 4. Managers are very interested in your salary than work and judge you on basis of this. (I think salary knowledge should be part of only hr department )
