Worst Company ever - Relationship Manager bei PolicyBazaar: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No work life balance , some times you have to go straigth 10 days without a weekend due to rotational week offs. Always Over time n mostly without OV payment. HR has no say in front of managers. No promotions in all the departments unless you are managers favourites. So many forced resignations I have seen over the period of 2 years. Also, i have seen people coming to the office with plusters, bandages, saline infact after the next day of hospitalization because the donot even give sick leave after medical certificates are submitted. Infact my FnF was delayed due to an HR error and the HR didnt do anything to rectify unless I had to mail the HR Head!!
