- CEO WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOUR SUGGESTIONS! If he doesn't understand your idea, he won't ask a question, he will dismiss you like you're an idiot. - Be ready to get berated by the CEO in front of everyone for the littlest things ever. - CEO claims this is a startup culture but refuses to listen to employee suggestions or allow remote work when all our tasks can be done from ANYWHERE. - CEO always begging for 5 star reviews and says if we aren't 5 star then let's talk and change it but then he talks over you. He asks you a question then tries to answer it himself. - Everyone is terrified to try to improve the company for fear of being ridiculed by the owner in front of everyone. You can pretty much guarantee you'll see someone cry everyday. - Teams are super cliquish and lots of smack talk behind peoples' back.

Pros

P2P is very career oriented and they want to teach you business and organizational skills that translate beyond the company. Employees at all levels are active participants in setting company goals and share in the spoils of a job well done.

Kontras

P2P is a fast paced environment and competes with much larger organizations which means that employees can expect to work hard and be accountable. Passion is the name of the game so you need to bring a passion for service when you come to work or you will have a tough time keeping up. Consequently there are times of the year that the company is running 100 mph and burn out can happen.
