. New management policies surrounding wfh, no leeway given to appointments or sickness, mandatory office days have to be taken as sick not wfh . Bradford calculator used for sick leave, treating employees like a numbers game is cruel and unfair . Management discretion as to whether you're even paid on sick leave, no protection . Management refusal to hire my support team members despite them onboarding countless more customers . Buggy, inferior software product that is constantly missold to customers leading to us having to deal with rude, complaining customers . 20 days holiday which is technically 17 because you have to keep 3 days in reserve . Pay discrepencies, team members being paid more or less than each other for the same job

Pros

Exceptional place to work. The company culture is very positive and people have your back. It's really shown in how many "Boomerang" employees there are, people who have left the company and come back. They are very good to their employees. They pay for the whole company to come together twice a year, and are really supportive and flexible when it comes to life circumstances. I know my boss has my back not just in my work, but in my life as a whole. I feel very supported here. I've built my entire career here coming in at the lowest level and moving up over the years.

Kontras

The company has grown a lot, and continues to. It can be hard to maintain a culture that way, although they do everything they can to. Also being software, it can be challenging to keep up with all the newness coming out.

Pros

There isn't any benefit to working here. Save yourself the headache and apply somewhere else.

I was exhausted and burnt out all the time while I was working here. My work-life balance was a complete mess; my workload was overwhelming, I had to keep up with tight deadlines every single day, and management didn't provide employees with even an ounce of support. The salary wasn't that good either, and there wasn't a lot of room to grow, so sticking around didn't really make sense to me.
