Pros

A lot of people really liked working here. It's a good place to gain experience. The work balance allows you to work a regular 40 hours a week.

Kontras

There was a lot of negativity from certain members of leadership that made it hard to feel good about your best efforts. Too much overstepping of boundaries from other departments that made it more difficult to do your job. When I worked there the benefits were poor especially for the number of vacation days. No matter if you're just starting out or if you had been there almost your entire life, the 2 week vacation policy was the same. They say they promote Christian values as a company but I didn't always see that in action. And be forewarned, there's a lot of nepotism!

Pros

Exceptional place to work. The company culture is very positive and people have your back. It's really shown in how many "Boomerang" employees there are, people who have left the company and come back. They are very good to their employees. They pay for the whole company to come together twice a year, and are really supportive and flexible when it comes to life circumstances. I know my boss has my back not just in my work, but in my life as a whole. I feel very supported here. I've built my entire career here coming in at the lowest level and moving up over the years.

Kontras

The company has grown a lot, and continues to. It can be hard to maintain a culture that way, although they do everything they can to. Also being software, it can be challenging to keep up with all the newness coming out.

Pros

There isn't any benefit to working here. Save yourself the headache and apply somewhere else.

Kontras

I was exhausted and burnt out all the time while I was working here. My work-life balance was a complete mess; my workload was overwhelming, I had to keep up with tight deadlines every single day, and management didn't provide employees with even an ounce of support. The salary wasn't that good either, and there wasn't a lot of room to grow, so sticking around didn't really make sense to me.
