It's unfortunate that you feel this way, and whilst I am always open for a further conversation (dean.jennings@pod-point.com) I do wish to ensure the facts are clarified as below:
1) Yes, we did have to resort to redundancies to right-size the business and ensure we had the best people, in the right roles, and have always been transparent as to why and how this would effect the business. There have been a total of 3. With the results of that change bringing some real positive strides forwards for the business.
2) No clique here - we encourage all staff across all levels/departments to share their thoughts, and it's my role in ensuring everybody (both past & present) are heard. Everything you need can be found on Glassdoor, and for any questions future employees might have, I can be found on LinkedIn for a conversation!
3) Remote work & Hybrid work is here to stay. Finding the right balance is key to ensure we have SME's not just in and around London, but across the globe as we expand into a number of different markets. We will always be, where the charging needs to happen.
