decent benefits -100% of 5% 401k match, only 5 official holidays but gives one personal weeks, vacation standard 2 weeks, some fitness money per year. seems good people to work with. Bonus for all level, not just for top layer.

disorganized, no work process or storage stucture, no proper resources, lacking some functional roles which make others work difficult or create work which has no value for engineer career, heavily dependent on vendors and detail or thrid party engineerin, it seems that they dont have vision and priority organized.
