no organization, upper management is useless. They keep replacing or cutting off people who have been there for years with new music industry rejects who have no clue whats going on. The whole company is made of essentially the rejects and firee's of the music industry because they couldn't get jobs elsewhere or were lured in by smooth talking. zero mobility and zero chance of raises no matter how long you work there.
Toxic work environment. Although they pretend they aren't a startup, they don't do anything to keep employees happy. won't even expense an employee birthday lunch. No employee events, hostile environment where upper management thinks they're too good to even say hello to employees when they walk by in the morning.
again though they pretend to be passed the startup phase, they are definitely not passed the cheesy "gotta hustle" mentality of pressuring you to stay late every day and creating a really ineffective work environment.
This place is the but end of every joke in the music industry and will stay that way.
