Pros

Colleagues are helpful and ready to assist in everything. If you're new staff, your colleagues will assist you with everything, not to be perfect but to be good in your job.

Kontras

Worst management ever, starting from the top management, the Director and Managing Director (Husband & Wife), Branch Manager (3 outlets) all were so arrogant and never helpful. They will find your fault and never take any opinion. Micromanage, no bonus or increments, will easily serve you show cause/termination letter, threaten you with nonsense contract. Believe me, many staff from other Branches have been their victims for this company nonsense. Please search another place to work if could.

- good and friendly colleague - on time salary payment

- long and maximum working hours - micromanaging. you will be monitor every single day by CCTV and will question your workload when you seems to be relaxing. - Poor working culture. the work culture is driven by "yes boss" and "butlickers". - Poor professionalism - Sudden Layoff. some of the employer has been layoff due of mental condition that dont even have huge disturbances in working flow. that is a huge discrimination for a place that provide mental health support. the irony..

The day to day team and coworkers are fantastic. Colleagues are incredibly supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help out when you run into difficult technical.

Extreme Surveillance & Micromanagement: The office CCTVs are actively used to spy on employees' daily movements and monitor whether people are working every single second, rather than for actual building security. Management operates entirely on distrust. Invasive Offboarding: Layoffs and structural changes are handled terribly. Employees are cornered and pressured to sign termination paperwork immediately on the spot without any early reminders. Furthermore, management is deeply invasive pretending to be supportive of your job search on the surface, but then aggressively demanding to see your private interview invitation emails and the specific locations of your future job prospects. Strict Communication Ban: You are strictly discouraged from speaking to your peers during working hours. Even essential work-related discussions or technical collaborations are treated with deep suspicion and misconstrued by management as idle gossip. Suspicious Same-Day Rating
