Pros

Initially a good employer. but the longer you work there the worse it gets

Management is spineless and will do whatever upper management says, no matter how it makes the job of costumer service representative worse. When it comes to the promised annual bonus this was delayed with very little notice and eventually not paid at all, this is a sign of a failing business On top of this the best schedule times are given to the friends of management, while others are made to work 6 nights a week.
