Great work life balance. Corporate culture is very laid back. With an office of about 150 people, everyone seems to know everyone. HR does a good job of creating office activities to allow people to network in the office.
Kontras
The company doesn't promote often. You really have to be proactive about looking for opportunities and reaching out to management to obtain those opportunities. Transition can happen but it takes a long time.
