Chinese style management, people hang around after work doing nothing because managers did not like people leave early. Most people were from China and did not speak good English including managers who didn't know how to pronounce 'record' of verb and pronounced 'current' as 'Kjurent'. They spoke in Chinese all the time even at the presence of non-Chinese.
