Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're happy to hear you've had a good experience with your coworkers at Planview. We tend to find that the people we work closest with are the individuals who most impact our experience of the culture and values.
While there were some changes to our merit schedule in 2024, we did conduct a cycle, and a majority of employees received an increase. Our leaders participate in a talent process annually to calibrate on talent across the business and propose promotions during this time. We also have career conversations every year where employees can address career growth topics and build development plans with their managers. We encourage any employee struggling with these conversations or topics to work with their manager or request time with their HR Business Partner to help prepare. We want to see everyone succeed and grow at Planview.
There were challenges in 2024 amidst macroeconomic issues that caused us to reevaluate some teams. It was important to ensure we had the right skills to achieve our strategy, which also included retention and investment efforts in various parts of the organization. Currently, over 50% of our products team in Austin has 10+ years of tenure with Planview. Impacting employees is truly a last resort and we take great care in the decisions made and the communication to our team members.
