There is a high degree of autonomy during work hours, so you control your breaks and can alter the order of client accounts if needed. Most of the major holidays are given off, but Thanksgiving to New Years is an incredibly busy time of year, particularly for Installers - don't expect to get time off. The sales team has a hard time saying 'no' to client requests which sometimes leads to difficult accounts that require extra attention and extra time. Some clients can be rude and you must keep your cool.
