Working with Lowe's employees that more often than not put things away in the wrong place or go against what you're supposed to do to keep your employer happy to keep themselves out of trouble. They tend to be more a pain than anything else The weather is usually nice in the spring/ summer but can be cold/rainy/really hot at times Can't always get vacation time off Only 2 employees on average (where I work) which means you're usually alone if your partner calls off Some of the plants can exceed the weight you're required to lift which is 50lbs and be as much as 100lbs or more depending A lot of clearance plants and nowhere to put them.....or the grower's carts everything comes in on Only a seasonal job and the money won't last you all year
