Pathetic - Technical Test Analyst bei Planit: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Bad attitude of management towards employees. Planit is a sweat shop. Have lots of 'boot campers' who are paid peanuts and most of them are extremely dissatisfied. There exists a lots of 'consultants' and 'seniors' who are not willing to do any real work except show off and Excell sheet manipulation. Office is a cramped shed with not even proper toilets !!! Planit job advt says great company culture which means can drink a few beers occasionally, nothing more. Training opportunities - nothing really to boast about, most standard companies provide it. Overtime - not really, there are loop holes. For eg. Fixed price projects
