      Pros

      The people were great! The work was challenging in mostly good ways.

      Kontras

      They do not want to pay for top talent. You have to leave and come back to get a good raise, but this is true at any company truthfully. It’s the only complaint I have about them.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
