Our leadership team is focused on being great now and into the future which is especially important in the ever changing HR Tech world.

As mentioned above, there is some stress that comes with the job. That can be considered a con, especially in Q4 if you aren't focused and organized. There are also the regular growing pains that come with growth an innovation. Nothing to worry about if you are driven and looking to learn and grow.
