As we’ve shared with the team, we recently implemented salary increases for over 50% of our employees to be more closely in-line with industry baselines. We have also started holding more frequent technical forums for sharing science information as well as regular company updates to review business strategy and direction of our rapidly growing business. The team is working hard to address our growing pains as we continue to hire more employees and commercialize the first nitrogen-producing microbe that will help farmers be more productive and reduce greenhouse gases.
