Pros

A lot of freedom in time management, a great place to learn web development. Great work environment and people. Many different projects and every developer is involved in the whole architecture setup, not just in the bare implementation

Kontras

Slow progress in career and salary. HR is completely useless. It handles most situation like a startup, with improvised solutions, not thoroughly defined plans, I guess this also hurting its growth and making people leave for something more certain and well-structured.
