Pilgrim’s was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to endure. This place made me dread waking up each morning. Management has a persistent poor attitude, the organizational skills of a small child, and throws temper tantrums at the drop of a hat. I was paid well but was willing to take a significant pay cut just to rid myself of misery (which I did). I sympathize with the line workers as they are constantly overlooked and belittled and treated as if their opinions are petty. Every job title there is a revolving door. They will hire anyone who fills out an application, especially in management positions. I saw this first hand. I believe the qualifications to hire management are arrogance, deceitfulness, and a condescending disposition. I would never work for this company again or recommend it to my worst enemy.
