Pros
The people are great, the company has seen a lot of growth in the last few years but so far managed to retain it's "family feel". The company look after employees wellbeing, and promotes development and progression. The workplace environment is great and despite the pandemic, the vast majority of staff continue to be happy to work onsite the majority of the time.
Kontras
Sometimes upper management's old-fashioned views can be a frustration for some. Lack of proper structure in places is being found out more as the company is growing and growing. Sometimes you have to really speak out to be heard and not forgotten or taken for granted. But this can vary across departments.
