When they acquired the proterra transit business, they didn’t let any of the existing employees go

They don’t seem interested in actually running a business. They don’t have working capital to buy parts, they aren’t supporting existing customers with service. There is no executive leadership plan that capitalizes on the existing technology/market share. The CEO does not take input from employees nor fosters a culture of communication, trust or career development. The Proterra acquisition was strictly to acquire assets and IP, not to retain employee know how. Missed payroll on a few occasions.
