Salary, medical, 401k match are very good. My management shows a lot of class. They acknowledge the problems with the division. My management understands and supports the fixes that will be required. Management is developing an environment that allows employees to expose the problems with the processes and they support the corrections in a positive manner.

Past management changes and layoffs still influence how people horde information. Old employees have left the company taking tribal knowledge and leaving gaps in very important processes. Individuals do not share information and resist any process changes. No one person understands processes all the way from end to end and what are the impact to supporting processes. Processes are not standardized and information is not centralized.
