      Low stress due to low expectations. Employees treat each other like family, very close knit group.

      Kontras

      No sense of urgency to complete engineering projects. Site was shut down and the work moved to Cleveland.

      Company culture is friendly and helpful!

      The manager didnt want me to interact with anybody in the team. I was supposed to report direct to the manager! She didnt have any projects planned for me and everyday was like a sword on my neck! There was nothing aligned and it was hard to figure out what had to be done!
