Pros
- Very international - lots of opportunities to learn and grow - every possible role and team to choose from (well you still need to aply and get it, but the choice/opportunity is there) - clear CAO, regular salary increases, 25 days of holidays + possibility to purchase an extra 20!!! - flexibility to work from home - new set of support ideas/possibilities for working mothers (i.e. specific coaching and groups after return from maternity leave)
Kontras
- very matrixed organization, often very political - can be very slow at times - it may take so long to take a decision and execute something that by the time you are ready to execute that might no longer be a valid path and then you are not allowed to adjust decision to new conditions - working mothers support group and activities can at times be just a beautiful marketing trick: this year only at least 5 woman I personally knew were let go upon return from maternity leave - ever after Andrea Ragnetti and it's management team left, consumer has been the center of the company (reflected by Net Promoter Score losing focus)
