People are nice there, they are willing to offer help if they have time and the potential resource. If you really work hard and do make good contribution to the company, you won't be neglected by the management team.

The management is not good enough to let the whole organization run well. Turn over ration is high and they usually make quick decisions on promotion/hiring/laying off people without putting this process in a long-term strategy/business development.
