Pros

No pros. Learn nothing. Greatly underpaid for the dangerous lab work we do.

Kontras

Discriminate local Singaporeans. Local Singaporeans only technician and associate level. Engineers and above only foreigners. No recognition for work we have done. Impossible to upgrade from associate level to Engineer level even with degree. Only looking for foreigners while the locals at lower end there are suffering. If you like R&D, look elsewhere.

Pros

Caring for complete people internally and world ecosystem. Focus on making lives better with purposeful impact worldwide. Changes happening as around the world but continue to see push to promote from within.

Kontras

Many levels of processes, however after working at a company where the processes were bypassed causing further delays down the line. I see and understand the purpose.

Pros

The people in non- upper management roles that work there are fantastic. Great sense of community onsite and the culture champions are consistently looking for ways to make work life better.

Kontras

Very poor communication on the strategy for the business unit. Leadership publicly promotes innovation and new ideas to be presented but then those ideas are shot down or penalized in private by current upper management. The business unit leadership says that don't want excuses for project delays but will then decide to do 3 major layoffs in the first two quarters with no transition plan, no support for gap in resources and no expectations to delayed progress.
