Pros
Great company to work for. Mostly fantastic leaders. I've had 17 different direct managers, learned something from all of them. So many opportunities for development (and encouraged by leadership). Pfizer is really working hard to strike the right balance between work and family life. They're doing a great job and I'm very grateful to have had such an amazing place to work. Having a company like Pfizer on your business card brings strength and respect to your role and engagement with customers. People notice.
Kontras
The company is VERY big and can get caught up in processes (i.e., survey question they work on every year is "It's easy to get things done at Pfizer."). Lots of process and legal, but it's expected in our industry. For a company with cutting edge therapies, they are a little slow on the technology uptake (although working on it). Some software programs are clunky.
