1. No job security, they will fire you anytime giving 1 week time. 2. Managers and architects send meeting invites after working hours, and if we happen to miss them, they reprimand us and suggest taking half-day leave. They treat employees like slaves by scheduling calls and meetings outside of regular working hours. 3. If we apply for a half-day leave, they question what we did in the other half. If we mention working for 5 hours, they insist we take a full day off instead. They believe a minimum of 6 hours constitutes a half-day of work. 4. Their insurance policy, tied up with MD India, is even worse. 5.The leads and managers are extremely toxic, often shouting at you. They expect you to work late into the night, and only then will they consider giving you a raise. Otherwise, you won’t get a hike. If you're after money, be prepared for no work-life balance—it's all about work here.
