Very collaborative attitude towards all of the work. Kind coworkers who communicate through the work process. Creative mindset promoted in work. Exciting outlook on all projects. Quick pace.

Sometimes work would be stop start and projects would be a waste of time and effort. Everyone works remote and while that mode of communication was grand for my work flow I know that is not for everyone. Time management in meetings could be better. Communication could be more effective and efficient at times.
