toxic work environment, blame culture in which senior management do not take any responsibility but rather point fingers at account managers and account directors instead of owning up to their mistakes. blatant favouritism among leadership, no flexibility (coming in 3 mins past 9.15? prepare to get scolded like a child! coming in an hour early and wanting to leave a little early? you better have a very good excuse!) no wfh, no flexible working hours, leadership throwing temper tantrums like toddlers in front of team members, no appreciation for the executives who do all the hard work, promotions are dished out based on who has threatened to leave and not based on skill...the list goes on. get offered a job here? don't take it, you will regret it a month later.
