      Pros

      Interning for PLA has been such a great experience. Coming into work is always exciting because the company is making such a positive impact on peoples' lives and operations, and being a part of it is awesome. Everything in the company is transparent and new ideas are always welcomed and acted upon. As an intern, management always wants you to have a positive experience and grow as a person and employee, so they allowed me to have a say in the direction I wanted the internship to go.

      originally had a great product and appeared to care about customers Sales region was manageable Pay was decent

      toward the end of the employment, the product went drastically down hill in quality Sales Manager encouraged dishonesty and deception for sales Company failed to meet any improvement of the product nor meet any timelines of new products (announced a new product back in 2021 and NEVER released the product; it is still listed on their website as "up and coming" during the sale of the company away from Zoetis, they handled that transition with extremely poor taste to the point they lost customers and even employees that were offered to stay
