      Pros

      Excellent pay, very physical work - will keep you in great shape. Home daily. Complimentary turkeys for thanksgiving!

      Kontras

      Long hours, early mornings. Equipment is shaky. Drivers at drop yards need more support. Seems like the supervisors don't communicate as much as they should.

      Benefits are good 401K decent PTO

      Kontras

      poor management turn over rate is insane working 12-14 hour days even longer issues with trucks always breaking down no care for safety of drivers and risking their lives no proper communication too many violations - get seriously hurt and sue your life is not worth it
