And I feel respected as a person here as well, everybody is upfront and honest and accountability is huge here. Even when management makes a mistake they own up to it and don’t put everything on the techs. And they provide ALL! Of your tools… except for wire strippers pretty much. The pay is fair

You can’t take the vans home. If you break your tools they won’t replace them. It’s a small place right now
