Where to start: Favoritism, fake FTO policy, all about being billable, sales people will sell anything, massive cannibalism between departments when it comes to a proposal as it’s all about self survival, absolute garbage layoff/no severance policy, MANY two-faced directors and leaders, trained monkeys would do better estimating, and everyone is viewed as a billable object only.
