This feedback comes from the business side. The work/life balance is awful and that is the expectation. Leadership constantly tries to force culture on everyone, including making work your entire life. It is not a very friendly environment and it seems the office is always walking on egg shells -people are fired constantly for reasons unknown. There is very little support making it an undesirable place to come in every morning. Now that I've moved on, I realize how unhappy and stressed I was all the time - not worth it at all. I've heard leadership is asking people to write positive reviews, since the honest ones have been bringing down the score. I wish I could say I was surprised to hear this. The company is very young - employees and leadership - and it shows through on a daily basis. It's a fun place to be for a year or 2 in your early 20s, but it stops there.
