The pay is decent. The benefits are decent.

Kontras

Unrealistic expectations. If you are an investigator, if you make a mistake, it is considered an integrity concern. If you aren't perfect, do not work for this company. Their integrity assurance department operates deceitfully. Supervisors only care about you if/when your production/quality/and timeliness metrics make them a bonus. You can't take your time off, because you always have something important due.

Pros

Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
