Fresher’s can gain live work experience with-in the 6 months internship training. A Great team work, while people are working on one project, and good support from seniors and people tech team. Really I am very happy to be a part of people tech group , here I got a job as trainee, now I turned as a full time employee after completion of my trainee internship program.

I don’t want to write no more cons on my company because they people are doing in good way; even there are some minor issues.

The only benefit of being employed here is free lunch

1. Salary way below the market standard 2. Non existent work life balance - Expect to work past work hours and weekends 3. Exploitation of employees - They will sponsor your H1B visa, fill you with false expectations to work harder and then eventually withdraw it (and get rid of you) 4. Management doesn't know anything and make you question your own intelligence 5. Always 'work' with the fear of being fired
