Work life balance lacking in daily life

- people are good i'd say - good for people who are struggling to get job or to start

- overtime working without any commission - no performance bonus (even tho its mentioned in the agreement) - internal politics - delusional conducts - no practical thinking - no care about employees personal life and health - increment is nearly impossible - management smoking cig openly which causes discomfort to employee - blame game - agreement clause's makes no sense - no future scope since there is a learning gap in the company - no suggestions or innovations are invited - no freedom - no proper management - they will terminate you without any prior notice - treat employees like slaves
