Pros
The majority of the employee base is wonderful! Dedicated, intelligent, quick, and fun. There’s a lot of heart in the company, and only a few bad apples. The job is also fully remote and they handle it well.
Kontras
There’s no structure to how programs are put together. Every one has its own set of difficulties and you’re expected to work miracles. This is made worse by the lack of planning, training, and flexibility. Be prepared to figure it out on your own, under a deadline, with no thanks or recognition. Upper management is very out of touch with their direct reports and doesn’t seem to know what actually goes into project work.
